Career Counseling
Career counseling serves a different purpose for you than mentoring. During your first years at Armao, Costa & Ricciardi, you will enjoy a variety of experiences. Based on your individual progress, at some point you may start to feel that you are drawn to a certain type of work or industry. When you feel that you have found a direction that strongly interests you, we will help you define a plan to promote your involvement in those areas through work assignments and relevant continuing professional education.
