A 14 year veteran of the firm and fluent in Spanish, Rosa specializes in auditing and government reporting as it pertains to Taft-Hartley multi-employer benefit plans, labor unions and nonprofit organizations. She uses her extensive knowledge of employee benefit plans and labor union operations to generate substantial savings for the organizations she serves, while creating strategies and applications designed to streamline their operations and improve internal controls.

Professional Achievements:
Rosa is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) and the Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center (EBPAQC). In Nassau Chapter of the NYSSCPA, Rosa is a member of the Employee Benefits committee. She has been featured in “Who’s Who in Accounting” in Long Island Business News and was a 2010 recipient of the publication’s “40 Under 40” awards, recognizing outstanding members of the business community on Long Island, future leaders who have already begun to distinguish with a proven track record of career success, are involved in mentoring and promoting their profession and find time to give back to their communities. She has been the team leader for several years of Armao, Costa & Ricciardi's participation in “Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes” on the Jones Beach boardwalk.

Education:
Rosa received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from City University of New York, Queens College.
